In Sabatinaccia, a new mill began operating in October 2024, allowing olives to be crushed immediately after harvesting in order to produce high-quality oil.

This is a continuous cycle plant with a maximum working capacity of 250 kg of olives/hour, produced by Officine Meccaniche Toscane.
